Opportunities

– On the “Management” tab, inside the overall “Settings”, there’s a new option in “Configurations” which hides the system default contracts in case this option is selected.

– When promoting a lead into an Opportunity, the information displayed will be “Promoted by” instead of “Created by”. The last option will only be visible when an opportunity is created manually.

– When an opportunity is set as “Lost”, one is now required to enter the reason why.

– When setting the preferences, now it is possible to match properties with 0 bedrooms.

– After scheduling a visit, a pop-up comes up which allows you to notify the people involved (owner, person in charge of the property – Estate Agent, Potential Client and person in charge of the opportunity)

 

Properties:

– There’s a new notification option in “Messages” to alert the user that another user sent one of his properties (where he’s set as responsible) by email.

– If a user is set as Responsible or Salesman of a specific property, that user can create opportunities for that property, even if he doesn’t have permission to create opportunities.

 

Newsletters:

– When scheduling a newsletter on eGO, if a new contact is added after the initial setup, eGO will add that contact to the group which was previously set, instead of scheduling a new send for that specific contact.

 

Documents:

– There is a new feature that allows you to send documents by email via eGO by simply clicking the ‘envelope’ icon next to the document you want to send.

 

Files

– The user can only manage file categories if the Insert \ Edit Files permission is active.
– There’s a new permission to set whether users can manage file categories or not.

 

Contacts

– If the user has no permissions to enter repeated contacts (insert duplicates), the system will also validate if the contact created in the Spouse field already exists too.

– To be able to add duplicate contacts on a share between agencies, the user must have the permission to add duplicate contacts.

– It is now possible to create new types of contacts and select the visible ones. In case you want to activate this feature, please send us an email support@janeladigital.com

 

Proposals 

– It is not possible to create new opportunities for Sold, Withdrawn or Rented properties.

–  If an offer for a specific property is accepted, it is not possible to create new proposals for that property.

 

Notes:

– It is now possible to select which types of notes are visible or hidden. This is option (Manage Notes Types) is available in the Hamburger button of the overall “Settings”.

 

Tasks:

– It is now possible to select which tasks of notes are visible or hidden. This is option (Manage Tasks Types) is available in the Hamburger button of the overall “Settings”.

-A new color is now available (Pink).
