The eGO user can activate a notification, sent on Sunday, to know what opportunities will pass to the state ‘archived’ that week.
To activate this notification, take the following steps:
Access the ‘Settings’ tab and then choose ‘Users’
Choose a user and click ‘edit’;
In the user edit mode, access the tab ‘Private Data / Permissions’, scroll down to ‘Messages’;
Select the option ‘Receive notifications of opportunities to file’
Now the selected user receives every Sunday na email informing what opportunities are now archived.
