What are critical actions in eGO?

The eGO manager can limit users to a series of actions, such as printing or emailing options.

To do so, please take the following steps:

Access the ‘Settings’ menu and then click on the ‘Company’ tab;

Access the ‘Management’ tab and scroll down to the ‘Critical Actions’ section;

Here you can choose 3 differente types of critical actions:

– Address

– Printing

– Send by email

Screenshot_3

The critical action ‘Print in listings’, will limit the users regarding printing options, such as list of properties or contacts.

You can set this limit in quantity of prints or in time. By setting the ‘Limit’ option you are limiting up to x prints. By setting the ‘Time’ (in minutes) you are limiting the time goal for the number of prints.

For example: When setting the ‘LIMIT’ the number 3 is to limit the prints to a maximum of 3 lists (contacts, properties, etc) and by settings the option ‘TIME’ for 60 minutes, this means that the limit of prints is valid for a period of 60 minutes (1h) that is, by making 3 prints, only after one hour will the user be allowed to redo the same number of prints;

By defining the critical action ‘Real Estate Address’, this will limit the number of views allowed regarding the property addresses.

Screenshot_6

Similar to the action ‘Print in listings’, by setting a limit it will influence the viewings of the property address in 60-minute cycles (1h);

By defining the critical action ‘Send by email’, this will limit the emailing of properties, opportunities etc;

Inserting a number 3 in the limit of emailing, this corresponds to a 60-minute cycle  (1h) as the example below shows;
