How to create and send Real Estate newsletters?

eGO Real Estate users have the possibility of creating and sending Real Estate newsletters to their contacts.

To create and send a newsletter follow these steps:

Click the ‘Properties’ tab and select the properties you want to include on your newsletter.

NOTE: You can filter and choose properties according to specific preferences or even use properties that have been previously grouped up on a ‘New properties‘ or ‘Low price‘ tag.

This way it will be easier for you to choose the right properties for your newsletter.
Select ‘Create newsletter

There will appear a new box where you must fill in all the information.

Choose one of the available templates and click ‘Next’:

After choosing your template you can determine the order of the properties’ presentation by dragging the pictures. When you are ready, click ‘Next’;

Add a header and make the necessary changes to your text. When you are done changing, click on ‘Save Newsletter’;

This newsletter will be available for you to send to your contacts.

 

 

To send the newsletter you must follow these steps

Open the ‘Contacts’ tab and select the contacts you want to receive this newsletter. Then, click on ‘Send newsletter’;

NOTE: You can also filter specific contacts through the Type of Client, Quick Search or even a previously created tag. This will make your contact choice much easier.

 

Select the newsletter you wish to send and set up the date and time you want it to be sent. Then, click ‘Next’;
