Properties menu – search by area

You can now quickly search for properties by area: usable, land and gross.

Advanced Commissions – new, more personalized system

We have launched a new commission system that will save you a lot of time and where you can work by billing levels, differentiating the commission according to the parties involved.

In order to improve continuously, by activating this system each consultant’s current account will be updated with the debits and credits (receipts) of the commissions and monthly costs debited.

When you edit a property, you’ll see the average market price next to the market value positioning.

We’ve made it easier to access Infocasa, and the dashboard now appears the same within eGO.

Search for your competitor’s properties on Infocasa

In the Market Analysis menu, you can now click on the logo of your competitor’s agency and access their property search on Infocasa.

See the properties on the market in the property listings

When you open the Property menu, you don’t need to enter the property to click on the Infocasa featured link.
