Properties – Commissions

  • We have made it easier to insert the commissions in eGO! In the “Properties” menu, when editing a property, you can now access the Commissions, without having to go to the “Advanced Settings” menu. Much easier, isn’t it?
  •  

    Dashboard – Reports

  • The Reports section in the Dashboard is now visible for all the agencies that have this permission defined.
  •  

    Insertion of new currency – Bitcoin

  • Now you can insert in eGO the price of the properties in bitcoin.
  •

    Process Management – Contact the customer directly

  • In the tab “Process Management” we created a new option that allows you to contact the client directly in the Process, by email, SMS and Whatsapp.
  •  

    Search easily by the name of the Development

  • In the Properties tab, in the “Advanced Search” menu, we have added a new function that allows you to search directly and only by the name of the development.
  •  

    Receive email alerts of leads and opportunities

  • Whenever you create a new user on eGO, they receive a lead/opportunity email alert first hand, which is then selected for new users.
  •  

    Edit the property as if it were in the Property Tab

  • It is now possible to enter the property in the Listing Opportunity identical to the one shown in the Properties tab.
  •  

    Market Assessment Report with your agency data

  • In the Infocasa Market Assessment Report, the agency data (name, logo, email) are now available in this customised report.
  •  

    Opportunities – Property Management

  • In the detail of the opportunity it is now displayed the name and date of the latest changes made by the user. It is now possible to filter by “visited” properties and information is included as to whether they have been visited or not.

    Latest Emails

  • Access the last 2 months emails of all users. For a faster and more intuitive search.
  • The option “Resend Email” is now available, which allows him to save time and speed up this task.
  • The Team Manager can manage the permissions to view the emails of all employees.

    Last Notes

  • Accessing the last notes in eGO is now more complete.
  • Check the last 2 months notes created by all eGO users.
  • The Manager can now manage viewing permissions in a quick and automated way.
  •  

    Surveys

  • Reports are now more complete!
  • Export the report of the questionnaires and visualize each answer given per line, with respective date.
  • Choose the start and end date range, and if you want to show answers to questions that have already been deleted.
  •  

    Tasks

  • We’ve simplified the tasks system.
  • Each task now has the client’s name associated, for easy identification.
  •  

    Work Schedule

  • Export and Print the roster of one or several users, using the search filters.
  •

    Company Settings

  • We have made the security and trust functionality of your emails more understandable, so we have changed the text “Authentication” to “TLS/SSL” in the Email Management;
  • Now you can add a Youtube video about your agency and export directly to your website. In the settings Company Data add the link, make the automatic export and increase the indexation in Google;
  •  

    Owner dossier

  • Whenever you generate a new Owner Dossier, it will be saved automatically with date and time, directly in the corresponding contact’s file. Finding the information is now easier!
  •  

    Emails sent through eGO

  • To complement the already existing data in the email signatures, we have added the agency’s AMI license to all emails sent through eGO;
  •  

    Properties

  • Property Creation and Editing: To avoid losing information, a POP UP will appear requesting the insertion of GPS coordinates. These can be inserted manually, just click in ‘Localization by GPS coordinates’ and fill the field. If the coordinates are not correct, you will also receive a message to update;
  •  

  • Properties – Features – Floor Field: We have added the possibility to insert text in the “Floor Field” of the properties features (e.g.: R/C), in order to complete your files with maximum detail;
  •  

    Contact Details

  • We have provided, in the contact sheets, the metrics of the campaigns sent. Now, it will be possible to register the sends to each contact made through the campaign module, allowing a more effective management of the communications;
  •  

    Reports

  • ROI (Return on Investment) per Agency: We have developed a new report that allows to monthly evaluate the investments made in each advertising channel, thus allowing you to know the real return of each campaign;
  • Complete the costs associated to each source in ‘Configurations’, ‘Company’, ‘Manage sub-origins and associated costs’. On the 1st of each month, with the data from the previous month, this report will be available on the Dashboard;
  •  

  • Conctact Report: Complete the exported information in the reports with the option ‘Social Designation’. Whenever you create a report you will be able to select ‘Social Designation’ in the contact criteria, and in the section ‘Export associations – contacts’;
  •  

  • Publication on Portals: Extract a report with information from all the properties marked for promotion on portals and check at the moment, directly on the Dashboard, the status and the reason for non-export of each one;
  •  

    Publication on Portals Menu

  • Whenever you pretend to advertise your properties on additional subscription portals, a message will appear with the indication to contact the portal directly.

    Company Settings

  • Choose to view only your Customized Brochures, the manager can now select “Hide the general brochures”;
  •  

    Alerts

  • Now whenever your disk space is reaching the limit, the Super User will receive an alert in the Notification Center. Simply click and we will contact you to subscribe more space;
  • Opportunities

  • Certified Signature on the Visit Form:To avoid losing information, there will be a POP-UP window requesting confirmation of changes before sending the visit form;
  • Proposal Creation: We have added the ability to add multiple contacts, not spouses, to the proposal form. Complete your forms with as much information as possible;
  • Invoicing: The information “payment method” is now available and associated to the documents issued through the Invoicing Module;
  • Property Creation and Related Searches

  • When you create a property, indicate the correct number of rooms, and if it is more than 10, you have the option to “see 10 more rooms”;
  • When doing an advanced search of Properties, now you can do it by the range of rooms;
  • Complete the preferences in the Opportunity with the range of rooms without limits to the search criteria.

    • When creating the Property Report, it will be possible to extract the name of the Development if the property is a unit of the same Development.

    • In the advanced process search, it is now possible to assign one or more “Process responsible” as criteria.

    • Edit property – Georeference: We have updated the location boxes to make georeferencing more intuitive, and will be always pin it on the map.
    • New open search area, where you can search just with the street name.

    • Now to select the fields of the Property’s address you wish to publish to portals are available in ‘Publication for Portals’ .
    • List of options for publishing the Property Address on the portals;
    • Select “Publish georeference”;
    • Select “Hide property prices (on request)”.

    • The option ‘Propagate GPS coordinates to fractions’ is now available in the Development detail, under the Actions button.

    • Receive an alert whenever there is a new action to follow up, or just to inform what is done in your properties. Define in which situations you want to be alerted, and see all notifications in one place.
    • NEW FEATURE! Certified Signature

    • Your customers can sign the visit form in digital format in a simplified way and without the need for physical contact.

    • Print documents from eGO with an even more appealing image, more organized information, and QR Code on property forms (so that interested parties can access more online information). The task list and “Service Schedule / Work Schedule” also have a specific format for printing from eGO

    Contacts

  • The presentation of contacts has become simpler. Now, in the detail of each contact, the first contacts created become the most prominent.
  • The fields “Instagram”, “Pinterest” and “YouTube” were added to the contact details.
  • Information about who is responsible for each ‘Contact’ or ‘Property’ is now visible in the Contacts and Properties listings.
  • Properties

  • When creating your visit roadmaps, you will have an alert that indicates the properties that are not available (because they are still in prospecting, or because they are already sold).
  • Automatic calculation of the area available in each Development through the areas of the associated units. This information is automatically updated in the listing and property details.
  • The units now maintain the reference of the Development to which they are associated, adding one character to each unit. Example: EMP_1A; EMP_1B; EMP_2A.
  • Possibility to suggest a new area when uploading / editing a property.
  • New filter in the Advanced Property Search: Energy Performance Certificate.
  • Opportunities

  • In the ‘Search for opportunities with associated preferences’, in the Advanced Search, when selecting the “Houses” property type, all associated “sub-property types” are selected, such as: “Country House”, “Townhouse”, “Villa”, etc.
  • You can now add the “Financing” and “Proposal” options to the Opportunities timelines.
  • New action bar created in the Opportunity, to make it even faster: Associate properties; Follow task; Schedule a visit; Send property by email, WhatsApp and Facebook; Contact customer: by email and WhatsApp.
  • Leads

  • Whenever you receive a lead from a contact who is already being accompanied by someone from your agency, you will have a visual alert on the lead with that information.
  • It is now possible to ‘Add reason’ in the list of reasons to delete lead. You can also manage the reasons for deleting a lead in the company’s settings. In addition to creating or deleting it is also possible to edit the reasons that have been created by your agency.
  • And still…

  • New fields added to the Comparative Market Analysis Report: reference of the property in the list of properties traded; commissioning conditions; time estimate to apply Marketing Plan.
  • More complete grid view: new fields available and possibility to edit them.
  • Records Book: automatic updating of prices whenever a change is made, and recording them in the file for printing.
  • Synchronize your tasks in eGO Real Estate with Gmail and Outlook calendars.
  • Email Management

    • All emails sent are recorded in a note.
    • Marketing Plan: define a strategy for each property, and show the owner the promotion work you intend to do and in what time period.
    • Opportunities

    • New evaluation points made available, so that you can register the evaluation of each property presented to your potential customers. You also have the possibility to configure the minimum number of evaluation points that must be completed when presenting a property.
    • Leads

    • To evaluate the quality of the leads received, you can now manage the reasons why the leads are deleted, and include this information when extracting your personalized reports.
